The Silence The Violence Movement began at Church of the Messiah Detroit, a small Black-led episcopal church on Detroit's lower eastside. Through 17 years of leadership, the Messiah model has been documented and duplicated across the country. In 2024, we invite leaders from across the nation to join the 1st SSA in our countries history.
